As a government affairs attorney, much of Brian’s practice is focused on government relations and lobbying on behalf of companies and associations to help facilitate their growth, and to help the government and businesses align their needs.

Brian’s trusts, estates, and probate practice is focused on asset management, estate planning, wills and trusts, and estate administration.  He helps families and individuals create estate plans for the tax-advantaged transfer of real property, cash, securities, and other assets in accordance with a client’s wishes, often through non-probate mechanisms (such as trusts and LLC’s).

As a litigator, Brian frequently represents companies, municipalities, and individuals in a wide range of business, real estate, and personal injury matters.
