BKBH Welcomes Noah Gipson & Jessica Osterloh

BKBH is pleased to announce that Noah Gipson and Jessica Osterloh have joined the firm as Associates.

Jessica is an estate planning, trusts, mediation, and business law attorney in our Helena Office. She brings strong financial and fiduciary insight and a passion for helping clients find clarity, closure, and direction in moments that matter most.

Based in our Great Falls Office, Noah is a civil litigator with a background in environmental and natural resource law. Additionally, his practice focuses on insurance defense, private party litigation, and trust and estate matters. Raised in southwest Wyoming with a ranching background, he has a grounded and practical understanding of the legal issues that affect rural communities, particularly those involving land use, water access, and natural resources.
