Mr. Jensen has been involved in a wide range of work experiences over the past two decades, including work as a consultant for the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture when it was preparing the Iowa Local Food and Farm Plan. He has also consulted with the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition in Washington, D.C. concerning proposed legislation for the Farm Bill. Prior to joining BKBH, Mr. Jensen worked as an associate attorney at Baumstark Braaten Law Partners in Bismarck, North Dakota. He currently specializes in a wide range of commercial, real estate and agricultural law issues.
Judd Jensen grew up on a wheat and cattle farm near Circle, Montana. His father, Robert Jensen, was the longest serving sheriff in Montana history. Mr. Jensen received his undergraduate degree in biology from Concordia College, a law degree from Drake Law School, and an L.L.M degree in Agriculture and Food law from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Jensen works in the firm’s Bozeman office.
He and his wife have two children. Mr. Jensen enjoys spending time playing with his kids, hunting, fishing, and riding horses.
