Abbie graduated from Regent University School of Law Magna Cum Laude. She spent most of her first years out of law school developing her writing while clerking for Chief Justice Nathan Coats and Judge David Furman of the Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, respectively. She also wrote two briefs to the United States Supreme Court and eight briefs to the Colorado Court of Appeals. With BKBH, she is actively involved in the Litigation Practice Group.
Abbie Nordhagen Cziok was born and raised in Butte, Montana, where she worked in her family’s court reporting business. After high school, she enrolled in a dance conservatory, then transferred to Gonzaga University where she was captain of the cheerleading team (Go Zags!). After college, she moved to Virginia and attended law school at Regent University School of Law, where she met her husband. After law school, Abbie moved to Denver and worked there for three years. Wanting to be closer to family and farther from traffic, Abbie returned to Helena in 2018 and joined BKBH.
Abbie enjoys doing anything outside: rock climbing, skiing, biking, and camping. She also loves baking bread. Abbie serves on the board of Road to Recovery, a non-profit in Helena, and regularly practices yoga.
