Uffelman e-mail: trevor@bkbh.com Telephone: 406-443-6820 Resume Prior to joining BKBH, Mr. Uffelman earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from Carroll College and his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  While in law school, Mr. Uffelman served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Communications Law and Policy and as a legal intern in the office of U.S. Senator Conrad Burns.  Mr. Uffelman is a member of the firm's litigation group and is providing professional services in the following areas of the law: Litigation, Insurance Defense, Environmental Law and Workers’ Compensation.
