Ms. Kintli earned two degrees from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.  She earned her BA degree in history and her law degree. She is a member of the Montana State Bar and is an inactive member of the Washington State Bar.  Ms. Kintli is a member of numerous professional associations, including the American Association of Immigration Lawyers, the Montana Tavern Association and the Gaming Industry Association.  Ms. Kintli is admitted to practice in the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.  Her principal areas of practice include: alcoholic beverages and gaming, immigration, employment law, administrative proceedings, corporate and partnership law, commercial transactions, real estate, lobbying, regulatory & administrative compliance and estate planning and probate.
