Regulation of Alcoholic Beverages & The Gaming Industry - For more than twenty years, BKBH has represented clients on matters relating to manufacturing, distributing, and licensing the sale of alcoholic beverages. Similarly, we represent businesses engaged in the gaming industry. Because the alcohol beverage industry and gaming industry are both so heavily regulated, BKBH uses a broad range of its legal staff to deal with the needs of its clients in these industries. At various times, we have represented all levels of the U.S. three-tiered alcoholic beverage system. In addition to knowing Montana’s alcohol and gaming laws and U.S. beverage laws and regulations, our attorneys work regularly with the administrators and government personnel who enforce those laws. From our two separate office locations in Montana, we seek to counsel BKBH’s clients on legal issues as diverse as those relating to the marketing and commerce of the gaming industry and the sale of alcoholic beverages, including the taxation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution relating to those products.
