He received his Bachelors of Science from Montana State University in 1987. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Tietz worked in the environmental consulting field: first for SRM and Chemical Waste Management in Butte and next for Onyx Environmental Services in Seattle. Mr. Tietz is a member of BKBH’s Environmental Practice Group. His primary interests in the law are in the following areas: Superfund & Hazardous Waste, Environmental Permitting & Compliance, Environmental & Natural Resource Litigation, Water Law, Bankruptcy and Worker’s Compensation.
