Owner of a Real Estate Investment Company. 2004 - present.  Purchased land, designed, and constructed a three-unit professional office building to be operated as an office condominium for three law firms in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Owner of Prairie Avenue Antiques/Apartment Building, Hebron, Illinois. 1995- 2004.  Purchased, renovated and operated a 6,000 sq. ft. commercial property housing an antique store with 14 tenants and 3 residential apartment tenants.

Owner of Grampy’s Antique Store/Residential Building, Hebron, Illinois. 1992 - 2000.  Purchased, renovated and operated a 5,000 sq. ft. commercial property housing an antique store with 12 tenants and the attached single family home and its tenant.

Prior to law school, worked as the Director of High School Education for a Catholic Church, 1989-1991, which involved writing curriculum, recruiting and training a staff of more than 20 volunteer teachers, and planning and supervising numerous social events, religious events and community service projects for high school students.

Biographical Sketch - Joanne McCormack earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Loyola University of Chicago in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1994. Joanne is a member of the bar in Montana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Joanne’s principal areas of practice include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Business and Real Estate. Joanne is located in the firm’s Missoula office.  She and her husband have three children and live in Missoula.
