Ms. Luther earned her Bachelors degree in Political Science with emphasis in Public Administration and Public Law, High Honors (2005) from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, and her Juris Doctorate (2008) from the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula, Montana.  She is a member of the Montana Bar and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Montana.  Ms. Luther’s principal areas of practice include environmental law and governmental affairs.
