Mr. Vanisko earned his Bachelors degree from Carroll College in International Relations with a minor in Economics, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School. Prior to joining BKBH as an associate, Mr. Vanisko worked in private practice in California, primarily in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Montana and California State and Supreme Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Montana and Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Vanisko’s principal areas of practice include general civil litigation, complex commercial and business litigation, and workers’ compensation defense.
