Mr. Carlo Canty is actively engaged in litigation with the BKBH General Litigation Practice Group, where he specializes in environmental litigation, medical mal-practice defense and general litigation matters.   Mr. Canty earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1989.   He is a graduate of Carroll College, where he was awarded a B.A. degree in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude in 1986.   Before joining Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry & Hoven, P.C., Mr. Canty worked for nearly twenty years for various government legal agencies, including service as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Montana, Deputy County Attorney for Butte-Silver Bow, Montana, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.
