Associations Foundations & Charitable Activities  
Businesses, Trade Associations and their members are called upon to play larger roles in supporting charitable activities. State and federal tax laws can both constrain and facilitate these charitable activities. BKBH has provided legal services to a number of private and public charities, including those connected with Montana-based Trade Associations.
