Mr. Ward received a bachelor's degree in English, magna cum laude, from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota; a Master's Degree in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame; and a Juris Doctorate with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law. A member of the Montana and American Bar Associations, Mr. Ward's primary practice areas are litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Ward frequently lectures on workers' compensation issues and related matters.
