Biographical Sketch of Mr. Boyar
Mr. Boyar earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science (1991) from Stetson University in Deland, Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in Missoula (1998). Mr. Boyar received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL (2000). He is a member of the Montana Bar and is admitted to practice in Montana State and Supreme Courts. Mr. Boyar’s principal areas of practice include Tax Exempt Organization Law, Estate Planning, Corporate Tax, Tax Litigation, and Immigration.
