Morgan M. Weber

Bio

Morgan Weber was born and raised in Corvallis, Montana. She is a third generation Montana. She earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 2003. She then took a year off to travel before attending Valparaiso University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007. She then moved to Los Angeles where she practiced insurance defense with Reback, McAndrews, & Kjar, located in Manhattan Beach. She eventually moved back to Montana and has been practicing at BKBH since 2010. Ms. Weber is located in BKBH’s main office in Helena, MT.

Representative Matters

  • Successfully assisted Helena Housing Authority in numerous lease disputes including abandonment, lease terminations, unlawful holdover, and damages to units.

  • Advise Helena Housing Authority on compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Prevailed at Justice Court trial on the merits in unlawful holdover matter.

  • As co-counsel, assisted client in obtaining protective order from Montana Public Service Commission for the protection of confidential trade secret information.

  • Advise clients concerning workers’ compensation claims adjustment and risk management.
