Eric D. Mills

Bio

Eric D. Mills is an associate attorney in BKBH's Great Falls office.   As a new BKBH associate, Mr. Mills will be handling cases dealing with the following areas of the law:  products liability, workers compensation, insurance defense, employment law and family law. 

A native of Great Falls and an alumnus of Great Falls High School, Eric graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman where he earned a B.A. with honors.  He is a graduate of The University of Montana School of Law.  While in law school, Eric performed internships with law firms in Billings, Great Falls and Missoula.

While living in Bozeman, Eric was a student lobbyist for the Associated Students of Montana State University. In this capacity he worked to reduce the cost of higher-education and make it available to more graduating high school students. Also, while working as a lobbyist Eric held numerous other jobs including that of a Schwan’s man, bartender, construction worker, and waiter.

After law school graduation, Mr. Mills was hired as an Associate at a Missoula Plaintiff’s firm in April of 2008. While working in Missoula, Eric pursued his interest in products liability, workers compensation, personal injury, employment law and family law.

Happy to move back home to Great Falls, with his wife, Laurel, and their son, Oliver, Mr. Mills looks forward to servicing the legal needs of the Great Falls community, where he is located in the firm's Great Falls Office.
