Practice Areas: Ms. Grmoljez is a member of the firm’s Government Affairs and Litigation Groups.
Government Affairs: Ms. Grmoljez’s practice includes direct lobbying before the Montana Legislature, the numerous agencies comprising the executive branch of Montana's government, and local governments; conceptualizing and implementing grassroots campaigns; conducting public relations during the legislative interim; and lobbying Montana's Congressional delegation. Ms. Grmoljez has a particular interest in highway safety, telecommunications, retirement, railroad law, tourism and nonprofit issues.
Litigation: A large part of Ms. Grmoljez’s practice is dedicated to representing clients in the areas of general litigation and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Grmoljez assists her medical malpractice clients from the Medical Legal Panel proceeding through the filing of a claim and the resolution of the matter through settlement or trial. Ms. Grmoljez’s general litigation experience includes drafting various pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda and briefs, researching numerous legal issues and theories, conducting depositions, client and witness interviews, assisting with dispute resolution processes, and appearing at court hearings and trials.
